  1. Hope you are staying safe. I heard there was a 7.8 earthquake in your state yesterday. 2020 is going to be more than just political Mayhem. The Earth is also rumblin these days

  2. Hmmm…. that sure looks like my Hubb’s Puerto Rican recipe…. I hope you and the family are well, please keep us informed. 7.8 is terrifying.

  3. Looks amazing. I hope I can find all the ingredients. Thanks for sharing!! Hey I’m hoping and praying the earthquake wasn’t close to you. I sure sounds like a big one.

  4. Awwww… AP you are SO sweet to us!! I LOVE this dish as I have a PR friend that makes this rice and always gives me leftovers. It’s to DIE for delicious!!! Better than any favorite dessert for me! She even makes her own Sofrito and that as well is to DIE for! I am very blessed…. Thank you for all your awesome videos!!

  5. I really want to get an aero garden. It seems like you’ve been so successful with yours. Hope you all are ok in your neck of the woods. Thanks for the cooking inspiration.

  6. Gracias AP!! Mi arroz favorito. Me gusta acompañarlo con un pedazo de aguacate y tostones al ajillo. Buen provecho y que estes bien junto a tus seres queridos . Bendiciones

  7. Anyone who hasn’t ever grown their own tomatoes, really needs to give it a try. The store tomatoes literally have no taste in comparison. Tomatoes are super easy to grow in pots, and one plant will give you tons of tomatoes (we usually grow around 8-10 plants and have plenty of tomatoes to make a big stock pot full of sauce, plus plenty for fresh eating (4 people, eating 2 tomatoes every day for a month at least)). And if you have the room, grow some potatoes, and pick and eat some “new potatoes” after the flowers die, make sure you cook them within 30mins of picking them. The sugar turns to starch after 30mins. Trust me, you will be blown away by the flavor, compared to store potatoes. Also try growing some “tender sweet” carrots. You have no idea how sweet and how much carrot flavor they have. Store carrots literally taste like nothing, in comparison and I am not exaggerating. If you’ve never grown your own food, you don’t know what you are missing and how good food actually tastes. Start a garden.
